A cotton installation should only have machines that are actually necessary. Any surplus aggregate has a negative impact on nep numbers. On Trützschler installations, cotton is always gently opened in small steps. All machines are carefully coordinated. Selecting the correct cleaner or a combination of two cleaners depends on raw material and production output. In addition to the primary task of cleaning, Trützschler blow rooms naturally provide protection against metal or heavy parts, ensure high performance dust removal and separation of foreign parts.

The share of man-made fibers in short staple spinning increases. So does the number of available fiber types. The variety of applications ranges from the small line to feed a single card to the high production line with more than ­thousand kilogramme per hour. Trützschler modules provide a customised solution for each application.

The recovery of good fibers from blow room and card waste can significantly increase the overall efficiency of the ­spinning mill, especially in times of high cotton prices. Trützschler offers small compact installations, integrated in a single spinning mill, but also large high-performance ­installations for central waste processing.
